To get schools ready for AI we deliver full AI governance workshops with bespoke resources and targeted programs across Risk, Assessment and AI for learning.

• Your Outsourced AI Leader. A fixed or project based fee to bring an AI expert onto your team. This helps you get over the humps of AI, bring world leading research from someone who has done it before.

• Preparing for Staff Use. This short workshop for up to six staff introduces key concepts, mapping existing AI initiatives, and producing the school’s own Ready Reckoner for Staff Use. ($1,990)

• Student Use: AI For Learning. An optional extension focussed program unpacking AI and assessments, student AI use and producing the school’s own AI for Learning system ($990)

• Assessments for AI age. An optional extension to AI for learning which focuses on developments required for AI resilience, what are the considerations, extra validations and authentications available. (Custom)

• Full Schools Ready Workshop Series. Our full program, four two hour workshops delivering a completed Schools AI Plan. You can start with preparing for staff and students then add on AI governance components to make your own full workshop

• AI Coaching. Up to 1 hour per week (either school solo or in group) to review and discuss progress and issues ($500-$990 per month)

• Bespoke AI Program. We build AI. We can create Agents, Chatbots, automations and custom co-designed support package targeted at the point of need of  your team.
